This privacy policy clarifies the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") within my website as well as external online sites, such as my Social Media Profile (collectively referred to as the "Online Offering"). With regard to the terminology used, e.g. "Processing" or "Responsible" I refer to the definitions in Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, I shall take appropriate technical measures, taking into account the state of the art, the implementation costs and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of the processing as well as the different likelihood and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk; Measures include, in particular, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical access to the data, as well as their access, input, disclosure, availability and separation. Furthermore, I have set up procedures that guarantee the perception of data subjects' rights, the deletion of data and the reaction to the threat to data. Furthermore, I consider the protection of personal data already in the development or selection of hardware, software and procedures, according to the principle of data protection through technology design and privacy-friendly default settings. (Art. 25 GDPR).
I do not submit your information to any other person or entity (processor or third party) by intention.
However, if this is due to legal regulations or e.g. if a transmission of the data to third parties, such as to payment service providers, acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR may or may not be required for performance of the contract, this shall only be on the basis of a legal license (), you have consented, a legal obligation to do so or based on my legitimate interests (for example, when using webhosters, etc.).
I do not mandate any third parties to process data based on a so-called "processing contract". Should this be or become necessary, this will be done on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR.
The hosting services I use at ALL-INKL.COM serve to provide the following services: Infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, disk space and database services, security and technical maintenance services I use to operate this online service.
As of 20 May 2018, the web hoster confirms that the servers are operated in Germany, with the location Dresden. All data are thus stored exclusively on servers in Germany and are therefore subject to the German data protection laws, which are among the strictest in the world.
Changes to location and data processing and storage will ALL-INKL.COM communicate on their web presence.
I, or my hosting provider, collect on the basis of my legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO data on every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). Access data includes the name of the retrieved web page, search term or search terms used, file, date and time of retrieval, country from which the call was made, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL ( the previously visited page), IP address of the requesting provider.
I delete the server log files if they are no longer required. I check the requirement every two years; Furthermore, the legal archiving obligations apply.

You also have the right under Article 77 GDPR to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

OpenStreetMap and Google Fonts
As a general rule:
Third party vendors pick up the IP address of the users because they would not be able to send content to their browser without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of that content.
I strive to use only those content of third party vendors whose respective providers use the IP address only to deliver the content.
Third parties may use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as "web beacons") for statistical or marketing purposes. The "pixel tags" can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the device of the users. They may contain technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, visiting hours and other information on the use of my website. They may also be able to linked such information from other sources.
The Google Fonts font used on my website (https://fonts.google) of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, The font is not linked by a link to a Google URL.
When visiting my website, the font is loaded locally from the server of my web host. If the font can not be loaded due to technical problems, a standard font is used, as it is available on most computers and mobile devices.
I include the maps of the service "OpenStreetMap" (https://www.openstreetmap.de), a service offered by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF) based on the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). Data protection: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy).
To the best of my knowledge, OpenStreetMap uses users' data solely for the purpose of displaying map features and caching the selected settings. This data may include, but is not limited to, users' IP addresses and location data, but they are not collected without their consent (usually as part of their mobile device settings).
